Privacy policy

This site is run by Dovetail Marsh Woodworks, Inc., trading as Dovetail Marsh Cabinetry, 88 Pine Street, Burlington, VT 05401. This page says what we collect, why, and who can see it.

What we collect

The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, the kind of project and a short message. We use it to reply to you and to prepare for an estimate visit. If you ring or email us, we keep a note of the conversation with the job file.

What this website does not do

• It does not set advertising cookies or use tracking pixels.
• It does not sell or rent your details to anyone.
• It loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google’s servers to fetch them.

Who sees it

Ruth Delacroix, William Trask and Anneliese Brandt read incoming requests. Our accountant sees the names and addresses of customers who sign an agreement. We share nothing else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted after 24 months. Job files, drawings and agreements are kept for the life of the work, because we repair what we build.

Your choices

Ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you by writing to [email protected] or ringing +1 (802) 555-0187 during showroom hours. We will reply within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, the date at the top will change with it.
